The main steps of decoction are basically the same as those of a closed decoction machine: if the various decoction mechanisms of these machines are simultaneously decoction, there are several points to note in operation:1At any time, the liquid outlet valve under each decoction mechanism must not be in the open state at the same time to prevent the drugs in each decoction mechanism from mixing with each other;2Each decoction institution must close the liquid outlet valve after each decoction or cleaning discharge to prevent errors;3Before opening the liquid outlet valve of the decoction mechanism, check whether the liquid outlet valve and drainage valve of the adjacent decoction mechanism are closed, confirm that they are in the correct position, and then continue the operation. The specific steps are as follows:

（1） Open the lid of the pot, remove the porous bucket, clean the internal dirt to ensure cleanliness, and keep all valves closed.

（2） Put the medicine bag into the porous bucket and calculate the amount of water added.

（3） Cover the pot, turn on the power, and set the power switch to "timed decoction". The default setting for "set temperature" when the machine leaves the factory105℃, 'timed decoction', default setting1Hour. The suspension of decoction time is related to medical advice and the properties of the decoction pieces. Generally, if there are drugs such as roots, stems, fruits, shells, bones, etc. in the decoction pieces, a longer time is required. You can also adjust the heating power during decoction by raising or lowering the "set temperature".

（4） Press the "Start" button, the working status indicator light flashes to indicate that the decoction heating is in progress, and the "Current Temperature" value continues to increase. During the heating process, the "current temperature" display continues to increase. The current temperature has reached100℃At this time, the "high temperature time" timer starts. Users can determine the time to continue decocting the medicine based on their medical advice. After the "current temperature" reaches the "set temperature", the working status indicator light remains on. The temperature drops again2When the temperature is high, continue heating to achieve the conversion between civil and martial arts.

（5） The set "timed decoction" time is completed, the heating plate power is automatically cut off, the running indicator light is off, the decoction is completed, and the machine enters the "stop" state.

（6） Open the pot lid, lift the porous barrel, use the medicine hook and specialized porous barrel bracket to suspend the porous barrel on the top edge of the decoction barrel, and use the accompanying squeezing handle to squeeze the medicine bag, squeeze out the residual medicine juice in the medicine residue, and then enter the packaging operation to start packaging. Generally, the first bag contains other medicine liquids remaining in the pipeline, which should be disposed of. （7） After the liquid medicine is completely drained and packaged, use the medicine hook to remove the medicine bag from the porous barrel and immediately pour water for cleaning.

（8） After cleaning, open the drain valve to drain the water.
